Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor statutory compliances under the Companies Act, LLP Act, and RERA Act
- Assist in Direct Tax and Indirect Tax compliance activities, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related filings
- Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and legal advisors for timely completion of compliance requirements
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure adherence to statutory deadlines
- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and schedules
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required information and documentation
- Monitor regulatory updates and assist in implementing necessary changes
- Prepare and maintain records, registers, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for collection of information required for statutory filings




- Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as required

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

- Good understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Basic understanding of Companies Act, LLP Act, and RERA regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher / Recently Qualified
- Articleship experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per industry standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
