Job Title: HR MANAGER

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process including job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure employees follow company rules and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in conducting performance appraisals.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations in the workplace.
- Organize training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Manage payroll coordination, incentives, and employee benefits as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain proper employee records and documentation.
- Oversee employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Support management in employee engagement activities and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree/MBA in HR (preferred).
- Professional HR certification (optional but preferred).
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 4 years in a supervisory or senior HR role preferred.
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
