Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern who is eager to learn client handling, lead generation, and sales processes in the IT services industry.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other channels
- Assist in client communication and requirement understanding
- Support in preparing proposals and follow-ups
- Maintain lead data and track conversations
- Research potential clients and market trends
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online platforms
- Confidence in handling client conversations (training will be provided)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Candidate
- Students or freshers looking to build a career in sales/business development
- Basic understanding of English communication is required
