Academic Advisor – Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students on higher education opportunities in countries such as the Germany, UK, Dubai and other destinations.
- Assess students' academic background, career goals, financial situation, and preferences to recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Guide students through the university selection and application process.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing application documents, including Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), resumes, and other required documentation.
- Ensure applications are accurate, complete, and submitted within university deadlines.
- Provide information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
- Support students throughout the admissions process, including offer acceptance and enrolment procedures.
- Advise students on visa requirements and assist with visa application documentation.
- Coordinate with university representatives and admissions teams to track application status and resolve issues.




- Conduct follow-up sessions with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission cycle.
- Keep up to date with changes in university policies, immigration regulations, and international education trends.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events to generate student leads.
- Maintain accurate student records and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth pre-departure and post-admission experience for students.
- Achieve student enrolment and counselling targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
