Business Development Manager – Premium Resort (Near BLIA, Bangalore)
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to champion growth for our premium resort located near Bangalore International Airport. This role is about creating meaningful opportunities in destination weddings, corporate retreats, and leisure stays — positioning our resort as the preferred luxury escape just outside the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead partnerships with wedding planners, corporates, and travel partners to strengthen our network.
- Promote experiences such as weddings, team outings, and weekend getaways.
- Drive occupancy through mid-week corporate and transit guests.
- Shape strategies that maximize revenue across rooms, events, and F&B.;
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance digital visibility and brand presence.
- Experience in hospitality business development or sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of Bangalore’s corporate and wedding market is a plus
