Job Overview

We are looking for a target-driven Admission Counsellor to counsel prospective students, convert leads into admissions, and achieve admission and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including documentation and enrolment.
- Address student queries and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain lead and admission records in the CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.

Key Requirements

- 12th Pass /Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with valuable follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
