We are looking for a sincere and responsible Office Assistant for day-to-day office work, documentation and coordination for our amusement, resort, restaurant and tourism-related businesses.

Responsibilities:

- Handling daily office work and basic documentation
- Maintaining files, records and registers
- Drafting basic letters, emails and WhatsApp messages
- Coordinating with staff, vendors and clients
- Follow-up of payments, bills, invoices and office work
- Assisting management in routine administrative tasks
- Basic computer work, printing, scanning and data entry

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and email
- Good communication skills
- Responsible,



disciplined and willing to learn
- Prior office experience preferred but not mandatory
- Candidate should be able to manage follow-ups and office coordination independently
