About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Data Consultant to lead enterprise customer implementations and own end-to-end solution delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working closely with enterprise customers, and translating business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.

As a Senior Data Consultant, you will independently drive multiple implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure customers successfully adopt our platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Implementation & Solution Delivery

- Lead multiple mid-to-large enterprise implementation projects simultaneously.
- Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering workshops with customers independently.
- Design scalable implementation solutions aligned with customer business processes.
- Own solution documentation, customer sign-offs, and implementation milestones.
- Define KPI frameworks, data structures, business logic, and CIQC configurations.
- Configure and validate data workflows to ensure production readiness.
- Drive successful payout cycles and implementation go-live.
- Manage 2–3 production support projects while ensuring SLA adherence.

Solution Design & Technical Consulting

- Design data catalogs and implementation architecture for enterprise customers.
- Review complex business requirements and recommend scalable product solutions.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues through structured root cause analysis.




- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature enhancements and customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure implementation quality through thorough validation and testing.

Leadership & Project Governance

- Own customer communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct project reviews and governance meetings.
- Act as the primary escalation point for implementation-related issues.
- Define implementation best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Review solution designs prepared by team members.

Team Development

- Mentor and coach Associate Data Consultants and Data Consultants.
- Review deliverables and provide technical guidance.
- Support capability building, knowledge sharing, and onboarding of new team members.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

- Solid proficiency in JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Experience in solution architecture and implementation design
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data catalog design
- Advanced debugging and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
- Experience working with APIs, JSON, and data transformations is preferred

Preferred Experience

- 4-6 years of experience in Data Consulting, Implementation Consulting, Business Consulting, Solution Consulting, or SaaS Implementation.
- Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
- Exposure to HRTech, SalesTech, Incentive Compensation, CRM, Analytics, or SaaS products is preferred.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and leadership stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or leading small implementation teams.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can confidently own customer implementations from discovery to go-live, solve complex business problems, influence customer decisions, and build scalable implementation practices while mentoring the next generation of consultants.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
