Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on technical expertise across the D365 CE platform, Power Platform, and Azure integration services. This is an individual contributor role — you will own complex development tasks end-to-end, collaborate closely with functional consultants and architects, and consistently deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions with minimal supervision.

Functional & Technical Skills

Deep proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) across core modules:

Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing

Hands-on experience in at least one full end-to-end D365 CE implementation — from requirements analysis through to deployment and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Competencies

Power Platform — Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI

Programming — C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

D365 Customization — Plugins, Custom Workflows, Business Rules, JavaScript Web Resources

Azure Integration — Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid

Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS) — data modelling, security, and configuration

API Integrations — RESTful API design and integration with third-party enterprise applications

Data Querying — SQL Server, FetchXML, and OData queries within D365

Data Migration — KingswaySoft, Scribe, SSIS, or Data Export Service

Testing — automated testing frameworks and tools for Dynamics 365 CE

DevOps — Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging and deployment

Agile — familiarity with Scrum/Kanban; active participation in sprint ceremonies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) development

Microsoft certifications in D365 or Power Platform preferred (e.g., PL-400, MB-210, MB-230)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Development & Customization

Design, build, and deploy Dynamics 365 CE customizations — Plugins, Web Resources, Workflows, Business Process Flows, and Canvas/Model-Driven Apps

Develop and maintain integrations between D365 CE and external enterprise systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST APIs

Write clean, productive, and well-documented code following established coding standards and design patterns

Perform unit testing, debugging,



and root-cause analysis for defects and production issues in D365 solutions

Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical inputs during design reviews

Integration & Data

Build and maintain data migration scripts and integration pipelines using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or equivalent tools

Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational data governance policies

Optimize D365 queries (FetchXML, OData, SQL) for performance and scalability

Collaboration & Process

Translate functional requirements and technical specifications into working D365 solutions with minimal guidance

Collaborate with functional consultants, QA engineers, and architects to deliver sprint commitments on time

Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Raise risks, blockers, and technical debt items proactively; contribute to backlog refinement discussions

Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure release wave updates, and apply relevant new capabilities

Good to Have

Familiarity with Azure API Management (APIM) or Azure Service Bus for enterprise integration patterns

Exposure to Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio

Knowledge of ISV solutions and AppSource managed solutions in D365 ecosystems

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
