Job Summary

Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Hindi Voice Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you are fluent in Hindi, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to build a career in sales, this is a great opportunity. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Explain the company's software products and services in Hindi.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.

- Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer support.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

- Continuously learn about company products and improve sales skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.





- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory).

- Basic English communication skills are preferred.

- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and listening skills.

- Passion for sales and customer interaction.

- Quick learner with a positive attitude.

- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage but not mandatory.
