We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- Robust grasping and learning ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable handling customer interactions over phone calls.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
Required Skills

- Active listening and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications is preferred.
