Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements across diverse roles and departments.
- Support HR operations such as employee engagement activities, documentation, and compliance, while keeping recruitment as the primary focus.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver timely closures.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards for reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations during hiring and HR processes.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience (3+ years) in end-to-end recruitment and handling multiple hiring mandates.
- Exposure to HR operations with strong focus on recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Techinal role hiring skills preferred but not mandatory.
