We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Executive who is passionate about luxury retail and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences, budgets, and occasions to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain product features, diamond quality, gold purity, certifications, pricing, and care instructions with confidence.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling and relationship-building.
- Cross-sell and upsell complementary jewellery and services.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding inquiries, orders, and current collections.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with billing, order processing, and documentation.
- Support inventory management, stock verification, and display replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.




- Stay updated on jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor offerings.
- Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing software.
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and during festive seasons.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
