Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
- Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to audience interactions
- Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Support in planning and executing social media campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare basic reports
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team for content ideas

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms is a plus
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
