Dear Aspirant,

We are currently hiring for an Ecommerce Executive role at Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

- Key Responsibilities
- Initiate SPF claims as per marketplace guidelines and timelines.
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.
- Ensure timely product listing, catalogue updates, inventory management, and pricing accuracy across marketplaces.
- Collect, verify, and prepare all required supporting documents including invoices, PODs, customer communication records, return proofs, and related evidence.
- Analyse claim eligibility and identify root causes such as fraud, courier issues, return discrepancies, or operational gaps.
- Follow up with marketplace support teams for claim status updates, escalations, and timely resolutions.
- Maintain and share regular reports on claim status including approved, rejected, and pending claims.
- Analyse approval and rejection trends to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.




- Stay updated with marketplace SPF policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively monitor transactions and return activities to identify potential SPF risks at an early stage.
- Recommend and implement risk mitigation measures to minimize future claim losses.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all claims, escalations, and communications.
- Coordinate between Marketplace (MP) teams and SPF teams to ensure smooth claim settlement and payment processing.
- Administer and maintain RTO files while ensuring accurate data recording from all marketplaces.
- Monitor RTO in-transit TAT across marketplaces and highlight delays proactively.
- Raise and manage escalation tickets for TAT breaches and ensure timely closure.
- Resolve rejected claims by collaborating closely with marketplace teams and internal stakeholders to identify and fix root causes.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
