We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Head to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to handle leads effectively, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team efficiently
- Handle and follow up on customer leads
- Monitor daily sales performance and target achievement
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team
- Develop strategies to improve sales and business growth
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management
Requirements:
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Experience in sales/team management preferred
- Ability to manage leads and convert sales effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer knowledge
