Job Description

To enhance client relationships, drive client retention, and identify growth opportunities by delivering exceptional service, analyzing client behavior, and ensuring accurate coordination across internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Analyze and evaluate existing client behavior to identify opportunities for additional business.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and high-quality after-sales service.

Create a positive and seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Maintain regular interaction with clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to improve retention and long-term engagement.

Client Support & Escalation Handling

Address client queries, objections, complaints, and escalations in a timely and skilled manner.

Act as the primary point of contact for client-related communication and coordination.

Ensure effective resolution of issues while maintaining service quality standards.

Client Growth & Retention





Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and minimize client attrition.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services.

Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and client experience.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Packaging, and Accounts to ensure accurate and timely execution of client projects.

Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal deliverables.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of existing and prospective clients.

Ensure correctness and integrity of client data across systems and records.

Prepare and submit periodic client servicing reports and updates to management.
