Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Recruitment Team, specializing in Technology Hiring, for a 3-month internship program. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
Desired Skills & Requirements:
- Prior exposure to tech-hiring preferably with consultancy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent research, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Attention to Detail and ability to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Any Bachelor's Degree
