Responsibilities of a Physics ProfessorTeaching and Classroom Duties

- Deliver engaging lectures and conduct problem-solving tutorial sessions.
- Design course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Assess student performance by grading quizzes, examinations, homework, and laboratory reports.
- Hold regular office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students.

Laboratory and Practical Work

- Supervise and conduct hands-on physics laboratory experiments.
- Teach students secure laboratory practices and the proper use of scientific equipment.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, equipment, and measurement devices to ensure they function correctly.

Research and Scholarship

- Conduct original research in a specialized area of physics.




- Write and publish research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Present research findings at academic conferences and seminars.
- Apply for research grants and secure funding for research projects.

Student Mentoring and Academic Service

- Mentor students on academic projects, research, and career development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic events.
- Assist with institutional responsibilities such as student admissions, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
