- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting surgical and medical products.
- Explain basic product features and usage as per company guidelines.
- Maintain stock by arranging, checking, and replenishing inventory.
- Prepare bills and process cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
- Check expiry dates and ensure products are stored properly.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints politely.
- Record daily sales, stock movement, and inventory details.
- Coordinate with suppliers for receiving and verifying new stock.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and store policies while providing excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
