This position will be Responsible for achieving daily, weekly Production plan in an efficient manner with including Utilization of manpower & Lowest DMC loss. The successful candidate will ensure that the plant operates efficiently, meets production targets, and adheres to safety and quality standards.

- Responsible for achieving daily, weekly Production plan in an productive manner with including Utilization of manpower & Lowest DMC loss.

- Review the operator’s daily routine responsibility of production and KPI indicator.

- Drive AM Pillar activities in plant with rigor and passion, encourage and build a TPM culture in Plant (Tag, OPL, Kaizens and CLITA/JH).

- Carry out small level engineering projects with time bound activities, well versed with execution and vendor management.

- Ensure product integrity, Batch integrity, Process integrity, strict adherence to SOPs, Glass policy etc.

- Identify training needs for operators in areas of skills, safety and quality based on Skill assessment.

- To Prepare the downtime list & Pareto analysis of downtime of line Equipment’s

- Review and reporting - Weekly and monthly production KPI,



Lines Net &True; efficiencies.

- Ensure line GMP as per ISO and AIB standard.

- Daily logbook signing of operators logbook

- Issued the RMPM as per production Plan

- Book the production in SAP during each shift end, As per actual production

- Preventive maintenance of Coder need to lead by Shift executives.

- Need to update abnormality book, and close the point within targeted date

- spend 30 min for repetitive breakdown and make OPL with action for 1 BD/day/Person

- Need to track each KPI daily, weekly monthly.

- Need to Discuss with Quality team for Syrup preparation/staging as per production plan and line speed.

- Vendor followup for spares and RGP

- Need to ensure timely lubrication of all the machine and conveyor, with proper documentation.

- Ensure LBO to FBO time adherence during each Scheduled activities.

- Ensure date coding compliance.

- Need to discuss with maintenance and utility team for electrical maintenance, plant power for line operations.
