About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with labour laws, strengthen employee engagement, and support organisational growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and exit processes.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Manage talent acquisition for positions across departments.
- Build and maintain a positive employee culture through engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and performance-related discussions.
- Coordinate employee training, learning, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.




- Partner with department heads on manpower planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
