Logistics Executive oversees the end-to-end supply chain, coordinating transportation, inventory, and warehousing to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, tracking shipments, optimizing logistical processes, maintaining accurate records, and resolving operational issues to meet customer demands and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation planning, dispatch, and warehouse activities.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders, negotiating rates and performance contracts.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, accuracy, and warehousing to ensure product availability.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documentation for shipments is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Monitor shipments and resolve issues like delays, damages,



or logistical bottlenecks.

Requirements and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Excel.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Typical Qualifications

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.
- Ability to manage 24x7 logistics requirements if needed.
- Solid organizational skills to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
