Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Kozhikode (Initial Focus)Experience: 4–5+ Years (FMCG / Food Products / Retail Distribution Preferred)Salary: ₹80,000+ per month (Based on experience and capability)

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute HariOrg's overall Sales & Market Expansion Strategy.

· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Sales Team, ensuring accountability and target achievement.

· Design, optimize, and monitor VAN Sales routes for maximum market coverage and productivity.

· Establish and manage a solid Merchandising & Product Promotion Team to enhance in-store visibility and consumer engagement.

· Drive new outlet acquisition while ensuring repeat orders and sustained business from existing customers.

· Develop standardized sales processes, reporting systems, KPIs, and performance review mechanisms.

· Strengthen HariOrg's presence across Kozhikode initially and create a scalable model for expansion across Kerala and other markets.

· Recruit, train, and develop regional sales teams capable of independently managing their respective territories.

· Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Production, Finance,



and Management to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

· Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend growth strategies.

· Build HariOrg into a trusted household brand through consistent market presence, disciplined execution, and customer-focused sales initiatives.

Candidate Profile

· 4–5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, Food Products, or Retail Distribution.

· Proven experience in building and leading sales teams and distribution networks.

· Strong understanding of VAN Sales, General Trade, Modern Trade, merchandising, and route management.

· Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and people management skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively and drive market expansion.

Compensation

Salary: ₹80,000 per month and above (Negotiable for the right candidate), along with future performance-based incentives.
