Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer (2-4 Years Experience) to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our manufacturing equipment and automation systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, minimizing downtime, and optimizing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment, including skincare, cosmetics, and oral care production machinery.
✔Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
✔Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
✔Work closely with the production, quality, and automation teams to improve machine efficiency.
✔Calibrate and test equipment and control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
✔Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
✔Assist in the upgrading and retrofitting of existing machinery to improve productivity.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards in all service activities.
✔Provide training and technical guidance to machine operators and production teams.
✔Stay updated with the latest manufacturing technologies and equipment trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

✔Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems in manufacturing.
✔Experience with PLC programming, SCADA, and industrial control systems.
✔Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits.
✔Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
✔Familiarity with GMP, ISO 22716,



and FDA compliance for manufacturing equipment.
✔Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and CAD drawings.

Soft Skills:

✔Problem-solving and analytical thinking to resolve technical issues efficiently.
✔Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments.
✔Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.
✔Adaptability and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and improvements.
✔Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Education & Certifications:

✔Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical ✔Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
✔Certification in PLC/SCADA systems, industrial automation, or maintenance engineering is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

✔2-4 years of experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, or field ✔engineering, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
✔Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of automated production lines.
