Role Purpose

AI Works is Max Life’s dedicated AI innovation unit focused on building enterprise-scale AI solutions that drive business transformation across the insurance value chain.
We are seeking a highly skilledAI Engineering Full Stack Technology Lead who can combine expertise inSoftware Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, Cloud Engineering, and Product Development to design, build, and scale intelligent digital products.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of AI applications, from business problem identification and solution architecture to engineering, deployment, monitoring, and continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Solution Development

- Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications, copilots, intelligent agents, and decision-support platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven products and technical solutions.
- Build and deploy solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, Speech AI, and Machine Learning.

Full Stack Engineering

- Develop scalable frontend, backend, API, and microservices architectures.
- Build cloud-native applications with high performance, reliability, and security.
- Establish engineering best practices.

AI Engineering MLOps

- Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Implement MLOps, AI observability, model lifecycle management, and Responsible AI practices.




- Develop reusable AI services, frameworks, and accelerators for enterprise adoption.

Leadership Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Lead team of AI Engineers Data Scientists.
- Mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and execution excellence.

Educational Qualification

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
