We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic candidate with a flair for sales to join our team. As an Academic Associate – Enrollments, you will be responsible for the following roles, including but not limited to:

Job Description

- Build business by identifying and converting prospective clients while maintaining robust client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients and resolve their concerns professionally.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and client interaction skills in a results-oriented team environment.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, while recommending suitable solutions.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain quality service by adhering to organizational standards.




- Contribute to the team's overall success by accomplishing related tasks as required.

Requirements

- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Good command of the English language is mandatory).
- Experience in dealing with international clients will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in day/night shifts.
- This is a Work From Home position.
- Only candidates from Kerala are eligible to apply.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
