Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualify potential customers, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Explain project features, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maintain engagement.
- Update customer information and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
