Job Description

Design Engineer - Mechanical product designs (10+ positions)

- 10-12 years of NPD experience in Mechanical products such as castings/Sheet metal/Plastics.
- Must have strong experience in Plastics (Roto mold preferred), castings, and sheet metal, VAVE ideas.
- Must have 3+ years of experience in Solidworks (2019 or latest) with surface modelling, drawing and assembly.
- Highly preferred Tool or mould Design Knowledge and/or experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Product Design using Solidworks is must.
- Capable of offering various concept designs and solutions to the design problems by considering DFM/DFA/DFMEA principles.
- Should have positive working knowledge of GD&T; & Basics on Tolerance Stack up Analysis.
- Good Knowledge in PLM design release process
- BE in Mechanical or Automobile, Plastics Engineering OR Diploma/Post-Diploma in Mould Design or Tool & Die Design.
- NX & Creo experience will be an advantage.

Any simulation or analysis of mechanical products will be an advantage
