Position: Business Development Manager (Sales) – Healthcare
Experience: 2-3 years in healthcare sales OR experience as a Client Relationship Manager in the automobile or finance industry
Work Location: ECR, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive patient admissions and business growth.
- Achieve hospital revenue targets using innovative and effective sales techniques.
- Identify and explore new avenues for patient acquisition and service outreach.
- Leverage client relationship skills from prior roles in the automobile or finance sectors to build trust and engagement with patients and referral sources.
- Be target-driven and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding KPIs.




- Plan and coordinate field marketing initiatives to boost visibility and enhance brand awareness.
- Mentor and train team members to build sales and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Hindi-speaking ability is an added advantage.
