Profile - Area Sales Manager
Location – Bangalore
Ctc range- upto 14.5 lpa

Area of Operations: Bangalore and rest of Karnataka

Experience: 10-12 years, post qualification

Working Days – 6 day (9 am-6pm)

Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Requirement

The incumbent candidate could be from low tension switchgear industry, solar industry or engaged in promoting any electrical product like wires/cables, control panel accessories etc.,

- Should work independently and requires self-supervision
- High degree of commitment and loyalty
- Quick learner and must adapt to challenges & transformations in the field
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Should be proactive and constantly look out for business avenues and keep abreast of developments in the industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Ability to handle and engage with consultants to make approval for various projects
- Drive growth in a highly competitive market

Job Description:

- Introduce company’s products to OEMs and panel builders
- Give technical presentation and provide techno-commercial offers to prospects
- Follow-up potential leads and convert them into business




- Constantly interact with existing clients and look for incremental sales
- Appoint distributors in unrepresented areas in order to enhance brand visibility
- Meet with consultants regularly and take approval for products, primarily Automatic Transfer Switch(ATS).
- Gather market intelligence about ongoing projects and ensure our brand is included in the list of “approved make”for every project.
- Constantly interact with H.O/factory for technical and commercial information
- Organize promotional events and participate in exhibitions.
