We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in managing online stores, product listings, inventory, order processing, and marketplace operations.

As an E-commerce Operations Intern, you will work closely with our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory and stock availability.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for order fulfillment.
- Handle product categorization and catalog management.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify listing issues.
- Perform regular quality checks on product pages.
- Assist in sales reporting and operational analysis.
- Research competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.
- Work with the marketing team to improve product visibility.
