The Vendor Onboarding executive will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing labour contractors and material vendors for residential interior projects. The role also involves preparing project-specific BOQs, developing Material Requirement Charts (MRC), generating purchase requests, and ensuring timely vendor mobilization for smooth project execution.
1. Vendor Onboarding
● Identify and onboard skilled labour contractors for residential interior projects.
● Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, technical capability, capacity, and past
performance.
● Verify vendor documentation, GST, PAN, bank details, and compliance requirements.
● Maintain an updated database of approved vendors and contractors.
● Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and recommend improvements.
2. Labour contractor Rate Chart
● Finalize labour rates and prepare specifications for different categories of work.
● Negotiate labour rates and commercial terms with vendors.
● Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
3. Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
● Prepare detailed BOQs based on approved drawings and site scope.
● Verify quantities and specifications before execution.
● Coordinate with Design, Validation, and Project Execution teams for BOQ accuracy.
● Revise BOQs in case of approved scope changes.
4. Purchase Request & Material Planning( on requirements )
● Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on project BOQs and execution schedules.
● Coordinate with the Procurement team for timely material ordering.
● Ensure materials are available as per project timelines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
