We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Warangal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through proactive engagement and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and relationship targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle client queries, issues, and escalations promptly.
Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or in client servicing/sales roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
