About Us

We are a growing architecture and interior design firm based in Kirti Nagar, Delhi, specializing in residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Manage labor teams and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Verify material deliveries, usage, and inventory at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and site safety regulations.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).




- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision for interior fit-out or architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, interior finishing, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and working drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and WhatsApp for reporting.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi-NCR.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of BOQs, material estimation, and vendor coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
