Position Overview

We are looking for an innovative and visually sharp AI Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you won't just edit footage - you will push the boundaries of generative visual media. You will combine advanced prompt engineering with traditional video editing techniques to craft high-quality, engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in leading AI generative tools (Midjourney, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Pika, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.), a keen eye for pacing and storytelling, and exceptional English communication skills to articulate concepts and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Generative AI Creation: Write, test, and refine precise prompts to generate cinematic visuals, motion graphics, video sequences, and audio using modern AI tools.
- Video Post-Production: Edit raw AI outputs, stock assets, and live-action video into cohesive, polished stories - handling pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Style & Consistency: Develop prompt strategies to maintain visual continuity (character consistency, lighting, camera angles, and art style) across multi-scene projects.
- Collaborative Scripting & Storyboarding: Partner with copywriters and creative leads to translate scripts and abstract concepts into clear visual storyboards and prompt workflows.
- Quality Control & Enhancement: Upscale, retouch, and fix AI artifacts using tools like Topaz Video AI, Photoshop, or After Effects.
- Workflow Optimization: Stay up-to-date with emerging AI video models and techniques,



continuously improving turnaround times and output quality.

Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Expertise

- Advanced AI Tool Proficiency: Expert-level prompt engineering in visual AI platforms such as Midjourney, Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Pika Labs, Luma Dream Machine, Stable Diffusion, and ElevenLabs (or similar voice models).
- Core Editing Software: High proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- Visual Enhancement: Experience with AI upscaling, inpainting/outpainting, and frame interpolation tools (e.g., Topaz Video AI).

Communication & Soft Skills

- Proficiency in English: Exceptional written and verbal English skills to understand complex creative briefs, write refined prompts, and communicate idea iterations effectively.
- Visual Storytelling: Strong understanding of cinematic grammar - shot composition, lighting, camera movement, timing, and narrative pacing.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively troubleshoot AI limitations, hallucinations, and artifacting to achieve polished final deliverables.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Experience in motion graphics or 3D design (Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Familiarity with ComfyUI or Automatic1111 node workflows for granular control over generation.
- A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating before-and-after AI workflows, character consistency, or AI-assisted commercial projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
