Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, including experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and Google SketchUp, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams, , and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Use AutoCAD to review, update, or create technical drawings as required.

Prepare spreadsheets, presentations,



and project tracking documents using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Monitor project progress and escalate issues or delays when necessary.

Assist with quality checks.

Maintain project files, documentation, and communication logs.

Support the team with any other tasks related to project execution.

Required Technical Skills

AutoCAD: Ability to read, modify, and create technical drawings.

Google SketchUp: Basic to intermediate 3D modelling skills for design visualization.

MS Office: Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.

Understanding of project workflow, technical specifications, and design processes.
