Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure smooth, accurate billing using POS systems.
- Process cash, card, UPI payments; maintain cash drawer and issue receipts.
- Handle queries, returns, and basic stock checks.
- Keep billing counter clean and organized.
- Follow safety/hygiene protocols and report issues promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Plus Two or Graduate (any field).
- Experience: Freshers preferred; 0-2 years in retail a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer/POS knowledge (training provided); good communication and accuracy.
