We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Negotiate salary and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring records.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower requirement Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)..

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
