QA & Platform Testing Intern

Test learner and operator flows, investigate meaningful edge cases, and produce reproducible issue reports and release-verification evidence.

About the opportunity

RSAI Academy is a practical AI learning organisation focused on clear guidance, responsible practice, and useful applied capability. In this role, you will focus on realistic work, tangible artifacts, thoughtful communication, learner value, reviewable evidence, and clear handoffs. You will help improve confidence in learner and operator experiences by testing important flows, documenting reproducible issues, and communicating release evidence and risk clearly.

This time-bound internship provides structured, scoped assignments with explicit review checkpoints. You will systematically explore platform features, identify potential points of failure, and collaborate with the development context by delivering highly detailed, objective technical feedback.

What you will work on

- Test learner and internal platform flows against clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Investigate edge cases across forms, permissions, devices, accessibility, and integrations.
- Write reproducible issue reports with practical evidence and proportionate severity.
- Retest fixes, document regression coverage, and communicate release risk clearly.

What you will deliver

- A scoped test plan covering expected paths, edge cases, devices, and acceptance criteria.
- Reproducible issue reports with severity, steps, evidence, and expected versus actual behavior.




- A release-verification summary that records coverage, unresolved risk, and the final handoff.

- Evidence of careful testing, troubleshooting, review, or quality-focused project work.
- Ability to reproduce a problem and distinguish expected behavior from observed behavior.
- Clear written communication with proportionate severity, evidence, and practical context.
- Interest in accessibility, device variation, integrations, and systematic regression learning.
