We are seeking an experienced and reliable Full-Time Private Chef to prepare daily meals for a private household of 6 adults and 2 toddlers, with occasional guest meals as required.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic Tamil home-style cuisine and Continental cuisine, along with the ability to prepare healthy, balanced, and customized meals while maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a daily basis.
- Cook authentic Tamil home-style meals with consistency and quality.
- Prepare Continental dishes such as soups, pasta, risotto, chicken Milanese, and other international cuisines.
- Plan balanced weekly menus based on family preferences.
- Prepare healthy and child-friendly meals for toddlers.
- Manage grocery requirements, prepare shopping lists,
and monitor kitchen supplies.
- Source and purchase good-quality groceries with a preference for fresh and minimally processed ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Clean cooking utensils and maintain the cooking area after meal preparation.
- Adapt menus according to dietary preferences and occasional guest requirements.
- Prepare requested dishes and adapt quickly to changing preferences.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Private Chef, Hotel Chef, or Restaurant Chef.
- Ability to prepare both everyday family meals and special occasion dishes.
- Good hygiene standards, punctuality, and reliability.
- Adaptable and adaptable approach towards family requirements.
Preference:
Live-out candidates preferred.
