Job Overview

Codec IT is looking for an energetic and target-driven Domestic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls to domestic clients, promoting company services, generating leads, and closing sales.

This is an excellent chance for candidates who are confident communicators and eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective domestic customers
- Promote and explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Follow up with interested prospects to close deals
- Maintain accurate call and sales records
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge




- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior telesales/telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours & Weekly Offs

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Week Offs: Alternate Saturday & Sunday fixed off
