Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager for our Security & Facility Management Company. The candidate will be responsible for handling employee attendance, salary processing, PF-related work, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to manage workforce operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Prepare and process employee salaries on time.
- Handle PF (Provident Fund) documentation and related compliance work.
- Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding manpower and operational requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR matters.




- Ensure proper communication between management, staff, and clients.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain office records.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of HR operations and payroll processing.
- Basic knowledge of PF and compliance work.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualification

- Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience in HR/Admin profile will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Responsible and disciplined individual.
- Ability to handle staff coordination and client communication.
- Candidate residing near Munsi Pulia, Lucknow preferred.
