About Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. The candidate should be able to work on data preprocessing, model building, training, and performance optimization, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

- Work with supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.

- Optimize model performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into applications.

- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and best practices.





Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics will be a plus.

- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred.

- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
