- Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Confident and presentable
- Comfortable visiting schools, RWAs, builders, parks, and societies every day
- Willing to generate leads and follow up with clients
Their daily responsibilities should include:
- Visit 15–25 schools, societies, parks, and daycares daily
- Meet decision-makers (Principal, RWA President/Manager, Facility Manager)
- Explain your playground installation, repair, and AMC services
- Distribute brochures and collect contact details
- Schedule site inspections for your technical team
- Update daily visit and lead reports
