Job Summary
Seeking a Linux Administrator with experience in Oracle Linux installation, lab/test workplace setup, OS hardening, security/monitoring tool deployment, and hardware integration validation. The role will support Oracle Linux rollout through Oracle Management Hub, create deployment-ready images, and collaborate with vendor and customer's IT Security teams to enable POS platform readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage Linux POS lab and test environments.
Install and configure Oracle Linux on POS hardware.
Validate hardware integration across deployed kits.
Work with IT Security teams on OS hardening activities.
Deploy and support security and monitoring tools.
Create, maintain, and validate Linux deployment images.
Support deployment of containerized applications.
Coordinate with vendor and customer IT Security teams for platform readiness and issue resolution.
