- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP/software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with the pre-sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate sales updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Software, ERP, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of ERP solutions is preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
