Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other platform POCs to resolve slotting, delivery, fulfillment and GRN-related issues.

2. Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery completion through regular follow-ups with platform and warehouse teams.

3. Collate and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), GRN trackers, inventory records and other operational trackers.

4. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and smooth order processing.

5. Create, update, and maintain product listings and catalogs across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

Requirements

1. 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Supply Chain Coordination, or Catalog Management.

2.



Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

3. Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

4. Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, or similar platforms preferred.

Qualification - Bacherlor's Degree

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
