JOB PROFILE:
1) Must have valuable experience in executing multi-story projects like hospitals, shopping malls, residential/ commercial complexes.
2) Must be able to guide a group of Engineers in carrying out their day to day operations and laze with various agencies during implementation of the project.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Overall control of the production schedule including contractors’ performances.
2) Closely monitor safety implementation and report production performance daily to PD, participate in shopfloor meetings on need basis.
3) Can authorize local purchases up to value of Rs 500 beyond which seek approval from PD.
Experience :
BE Civil, min 5 years exp in a large construction company.
