Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (B2B Home Appliances)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, connecting with potential business clients, and promoting our range of home appliances. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Identify and connect with distributors, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, and kitchen appliance businesses.
- Introduce the company's home appliance product range and explain product benefits.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electrical, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
